Water not only influences our physical well-being but also plays a pivotal role in shaping our beliefs and consciousness.

Join us for the inaugural event of the Water Appreciation Society, spearheaded by Claudia at Oxford University, where science merges seamlessly with healing movement and sound vibrations.

THE FLOW

1) THE WATER IN YOU

In Part 1 we will uncover the profound connection between water and well-being, unlocking the secrets of its dynamic nature (structured vs unstructured, the 4th phase of water) within the human biological system.

2) MOVING OUR WATER

In the second part of our program, we focus on revitalising our stagnated inner water element through flowing, water-inspired movements and conscious breathwork.

In a metaphysical sense, the water element is associated with the sacral chakra governing our emotions, creativity and zest for life.

By releasing blockages around this energy center, we will restore the flow of emotions and nurture the yin abilities of acceptance, allowance and receptivity- for a renewed passion for life.

3) BATHE IN SOUND

In Part 3, experience deep relaxation through the healing vibrations of a gong. Bathe in soothing waves of sound as subtle vibrations impact the water within your cells, restoring harmony and optimal resonance.

4) CELLULAR HYDRATION

The workshop concludes with Part 4, offering insights into how to nourish your body on a cellular level and share practical knowledge to sustain the harmonious balance achieved throughout this transformative journey.

Claudia is deeply immersed in the world of Sustainable Investing and is currently pursuing her PhD researching attitudes towards water. Guided by the mantra "Water care is self-care," she passionately leads initiatives like "Water Secure Person" and the "Water Appreciation Society." Through these platforms, Claudia offers advisory services to individuals and businesses, guiding them in developing water strategies that prioritize wellbeing through healthy water, within and around you. Join Claudia in embracing water as the essential catalyst for a healthier future.

ELISA

Elisa is a devoted yoga and meditation instructor (RYT® 500) with a passion for curating wellness experiences. Collaborating with experts in the field, she crafts unique events and workshops tailored for her private yoga students, extending beyond the confines of the mat. By creating and holding space for connecting with oneself, others and nature, her purpose is to support both inner work and the celebration of life. Her belief is that a transformative journey inward ultimately leads back outward to a more conscious world.

Selma’s mission is to to promote holistic wellness and balance as a sound therapist and certified mindfulness meditation instructor. She founded GONG, a London-based provider of therapeutic sound experiences and gong training, to make meditation and sound therapy accessible to all. GONG offers gong baths in diverse settings, including online, workplaces, private residences and unique venues.
